Applications are accepted year-round, but must be received by May 15 to be eligible for the next year's class.

Participant selection is determined by a volunteer committee on the basis of a written application, including essay questions. Participants are selected from a cross section of business, professional, non-profit and local residents. Acceptance into Greater Burlington Leadership cannot be guaranteed, so applicants are encouraged to apply again if they are not accepted the first time.
